Using water-based polyurethane, without formaldehyde or solvents, TINTEX is able to create unique, smooth coatings, without having the traditional plasticized feel usually seen on the market. Applied in the form of foam or paste, using knife over cylinder process or rotary screen, our coating process is the most sustainable available on the market and can be applied on all of our natural base knits, and also on synthetics, granting them advanced aesthetical and technical properties.
