USED Packs

  • OMX does not refund or exchange USED packs.

Shipping Fee Is Non-Refundable

OMX will not reimburse (refund) any customer for the shipping cost of returned product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product as well as accept all risk of loss for the product being returned.

Return of UNUSED Packs

Unused packs may be returned within 30-days of the invoice date for refund less shipping. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

  • All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging.
  • When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that tracks packages.
  • OMX will not be responsible for any shipping loss; therefore, you are responsible for insuring the returned item.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return after receipt.

OMX reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy. OMX may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against for improper returns.

You may return UNUSED product for a full refund (less original shipping). Please email inesoom@omxdesigns.com invoice or order number for a label and refund.

Cancelling Order

  • NOTE: Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment may be refunded (product cost less shipping) upon proper return (see above: Return of UNUSED Packs) of pack(s).

Shipping Errors | Order Discrepancy, Damaged Item, Incorrect Address, Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Please inform OMX of any shipping error within 7 days of the delivery date to inesoom@omxdesigns.com
    • The following information is required for verification.
      -Photo of the shipping package
      -Photo of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Customer Service will review the order and respond within 24 hours.
